We process personal data only where and to the extent that:
a legal basis exists (Art. 6 GDPR; Art. 31 FADP),
you have given your consent,
processing is necessary to perform a contract with you, or
overriding legitimate interests justify it.
We collect only the data actually necessary for the respective purpose (data minimisation). We do not sell personal data to third parties.
When you visit our website and our funnel pages (provided via FunnelCockpit, Germany), technical access data are logged (server logs): IP address, date and time, pages accessed, browser type, operating system. These data are used exclusively to ensure technical operation and to defend against attacks, and are not combined with other data. FunnelCockpit processes data on European servers. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you contact us, we process your name, your e-mail address and the content of your message – solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
The free Health Clarity Call can be booked in two ways: via Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) or directly by WhatsApp arrangement. In both cases we collect your name, your contact details and optional information about your health concern. This information serves solely to prepare and conduct the conversation.
Where you provide us with information about your state of health, this constitutes sensitive personal data (Art. 5(c) FADP) or special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR). We process such data exclusively on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR) and to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You are not obliged to provide such information.
Calendly is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information: calendly.com/privacy. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Messages are end-to-end encrypted. Privacy policy: whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy
With your explicit consent, we send you our newsletter and information about our offers via FunnelCockpit. Registration uses the double opt-in procedure: after signing up, you receive a confirmation e-mail with which you actively confirm your registration. You can withdraw your consent at any time – by clicking the unsubscribe link in the relevant mailing or by e-mailing us. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
The HerHealth Blueprint programme requires the use of the Shae app, which is operated by Precision Health Alliance (PHA), Precision Health Group Pty Ltd, Brisbane, Australia. Clients register directly with PHA/Shae and enter into their own user agreement with PHA.
All data captured via the Shae app – including body measurements, self-reported health information, lifestyle data as well as epigenetic and phenotypic data – are processed exclusively by PHA and are subject solely to PHA’s privacy policy. A substantial part of these data constitutes sensitive personal data (Art. 5(c) FADP) or special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR); their processing by PHA requires your explicit consent, which you give as part of your registration with PHA.
We ourselves do not collect, store or process these health and Shae data. The Shae app may generate automated, individual health and lifestyle recommendations based on the data captured (profiling); this analysis is carried out by PHA. We do not take any automated individual decisions producing legal effects concerning you within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR or Art. 21 FADP.
We strongly recommend that you read PHA’s privacy policy before registering: precisionhealthalliance.org/privacy-policy. For transfers to third countries, see Section 6.
If you download one of our free resources (e.g. the PDF “The 5 Biggest Mistakes Women Make With Their Health”), we collect your name and e-mail address. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time.
For payment processing we use Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland; data also processed by Stripe, Inc., USA). Payment data are processed exclusively by Stripe and are not permanently stored on our systems. Transfers to the USA are based on Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Stripe’s data protection terms apply: stripe.com/privacy. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Our website may use technically necessary cookies that are required to operate the site. For analytics or marketing purposes we use cookies only with your explicit consent (opt-in). We obtain consent via a consent banner in which you can adjust or withdraw your choices at any time.
Embedded services such as Calendly and FunnelCockpit may set their own cookies when the relevant pages are accessed. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. This may impair the functionality of the website.
We do not use any third-party tracking pixels without your consent (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Analytics). Where such tools are used, you will be asked for consent beforehand.
We disclose your data only in the following cases:
to service providers who support us in providing our services (processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR) – e.g. FunnelCockpit (funnel, landing pages, e-mail marketing), Calendly (appointment booking), WhatsApp (direct communication), Stripe (payment processing), hosting providers;
where we are legally obliged to do so;
where you have explicitly consented.
We conclude appropriate agreements with all processors that ensure a level of data protection equivalent to the FADP and the GDPR.
Some of our service providers are located outside Switzerland and the EU (in particular the USA and Australia). For such transfers we ensure an adequate level of data protection through appropriate safeguards:
USA (Calendly, Stripe): certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
Australia (Shae/PHA): There is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission for Australia. Registration and data processing take place directly between you and PHA. Insofar as a transfer is attributable to us, we base it on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) and – for sensitive data – on your explicit consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR).
For Switzerland, the assessment is made pursuant to Art. 16 FADP; where the level of data protection is inadequate, we take appropriate safeguards (Art. 16(2) FADP).
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations:
Contact enquiries: until fully processed, then deleted within 12 months.
Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
Coaching records: for the duration of the collaboration and up to 10 years thereafter, where tax or accounting obligations exist.
Server logs: usually 30 days.
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Access (Art. 15 GDPR / Art. 25 FADP): You may request information about the data stored about you at any time.
Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR / Art. 32 FADP): You may request the correction of inaccurate data.
Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You may request the deletion of your data, provided no statutory retention obligations conflict.
Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): Under certain circumstances you may request that the processing of your data be restricted.
Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR / Art. 28 FADP): You may receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Objection (Art. 21 GDPR): You may object to processing that is based on legitimate interests.
Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR): You may withdraw consent you have given at any time without stating reasons.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or destruction. Our website is transmitted via HTTPS. Internal access to personal data is restricted to the persons who require it.
Despite all care, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure. If you wish to share particularly sensitive information with us, we recommend encrypted means of communication.
Our offers are aimed exclusively at adults (18 years and over). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Should we inadvertently receive data from minors, these will be deleted without delay.
Our website contains links to external websites. We are not responsible for their data protection practices. We recommend reading the respective privacy notices of the linked sites.
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time – for example in the event of legal changes or new services. The current version is available on our website. In the event of material changes, we will inform you by e-mail or through a prominent notice on the website.
